关于对山东岩琦等关联公司涉嫌非法吸收公众存款案的通告

<span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">目前，我局已对山东岩琦印刷科技有限公司（关联企业：莱芜兴业典当有限公司、山东东启经贸有限公司）涉嫌非法吸收公众存款案立案侦查。为确保该案依法办理，维护集资参与人的合法权益，现将有关事项通告如下：</span>

<p style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 8px;line-height: 1.5em;">
<span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">一、请未到公安机关登记报案的涉及上述公司的集资参与人，于本通告发布之日起60日内，携带本人身份证、集资有关的合同、收据、银行交易明细、微信交易明细、支付宝交易明细和转账支付使用的银行卡等资料的原件及复印件，到就近乡镇（街道）处非登记点（位置附后）进行登记报案，逾期不登记者后果自行承担。</span>

<span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">二、根据相关法律规定，向社会公众非法吸收的资金属于违法所得，以吸收的资金向集资参与人支付的利息、分红等回报，以及向帮助吸收资金人员支付的代理费、好处费、返点费、佣金、提成等费用，应当依法追缴。对于对抗调查、拒不退款、转移资产的，公安机关将依法追缴。构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</span>

<span textstyle="" style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">三、请集资参与人依法合理表达诉求，不信谣、不传谣、配合公安机关开展调查取证和追赃挽损工作。对在网上编造、散布各类谣言，恶意挑拨、煽动非法聚集闹事，干扰阻碍案件侦办的行为，公安机关将依法追究法律责任。</span>
